天然产物Longistylin A,Longistylin C和Cajanotone属于茋类化合物,具有广泛的生物活性.以3,5-二甲氧基苯甲酸为原料,以Horner-Wadsworth-Emmons(HWE)反应和1,3-sigma重排反应为关键步骤,经6步反应同时得到了Longistylin A和Longistylin C.采用3,5-二羟基苯甲酸为原料,以Barbier反应和1,3-sigma重排反应为关键步骤,经8步反应全合成得到了Cajanotone.
