方大集团九江钢铁有限公司4号汽车衡于2017年2月9日完成调试,正式投入运行,标志着4号汽车衡升级改造阶段性完工。4号汽车衡原为模拟式汽车衡,且长期超负荷工作,秤体表面出现裂纹,整个秤台的钢结构应力已发生变化。计量稳定性已出现不同程度的下降,日常维护工作量增加,且计量防作弊能力有限。据悉,此次升级改造全部由公司自动化部内部承接。考虑涉及地基水泥基墩的变更,须进行
