分析了采用熔融挤压快速成型工艺下形成的模型表面质量和强度的影响因素,针对这些因素提出了合适的解决方法,并指出在实际加工时,要根据模型的结构、复杂程度和技术要求找到最佳的加工方案。
The influencing factors on the quality and strength of the surface of the model formed by melt extrusion rapid prototyping were analyzed. The suitable solutions to these factors were put forward. It was pointed out that the actual machining should be based on the structure, complexity and technical requirements of the model The best processing program.
