在创新产品进入金融市场时,创新机构采取了新产品营销策略,而监管机构则沿用了搭载互联网技术的线下金融产品的监管策略,造成了双方策略的错配,诱发了潜在的市场风险。随着金融创新的扩散,完备的金融监管制度和重罚是实现均衡路径的重要保证,是促使创新机构重新回到合规创新路径的保障。
As innovative products enter the financial markets, innovative agencies adopt new product marketing strategies while regulators follow the regulatory strategy for offline financial products equipped with Internet technology, creating a mismatch between the two strategies and inducing potential market risk.
