职业院校人才培养的质量,直接影响到社会劳动者的整体素质和我国经济的可持续发展。目前,我国职业教育进入了前所未有的大发展、快发展的快车道,但很多制约职业教育发展的深层次问题依然没有得到很好的解决,技能型人才培养的质量难以满足新常态下经济社会发展的需求。职业院校如何从规模扩张转向内涵发展,持续提高人才培养质量成为亟待解决的问题。因此,职业院校要加强教学规范管理,制定教学质量标准,强化教学质量监督检查,充分发挥教学督导评估的重要作用,逐步建立科学规范的教学质量保障体系,持续提高人才培养质量,为新常态下我国经济发展提供强有力的技术技能型人才保障。
