当前制造业的转型升级,对制造类毕业生提出了更高和更新的要求。而高职和应用型本科院校的毕业生不能满足企业的用人要求,国内也没有本科层次的职业教育。广州番禺职业技术学院、广州大学结合珠三角人才需求状况,通过整合企业、广州大学和广州番禺职业技术学院优质资源,对培养模式、课程系统等进行创新以及优化,以协同培养的方式探索机械设计制造及自动化专业本科层次人才的培养模式。探索现实条件下,实现本科层次职业教育的可能性和可行性。
The current manufacturing transformation and upgrading, manufacturing graduates put forward higher and updated requirements. However, the graduates of higher vocational colleges and applied colleges can not meet the employment requirements of the enterprises, and there is no domestic education at the undergraduate level. Guangzhou Panyu Polytechnic and Guangzhou University, combining with the demand of professionals in Pearl River Delta, innovated and optimized the training mode and curriculum system by integrating the high-quality resources of enterprises, Guangzhou University and Guangzhou Panyu Polytechnic, and explored the mechanical design through collaborative training Manufacturing and automation undergraduate level personnel training mode. Exploring the possibility and feasibility of realizing vocational education at undergraduate level under realistic conditions.
