越冬池总菌教在1.2×10~6～28.5×10~6个/毫升水,其中异养菌为0.4×10~6～10.0×10~6个/毫升水.细菌数量波动与浮游生物、鱼池施药及水层悬浮有机质环境因子有关。表水层细菌数量及昼夜波动幅度均高于底层。总菌数昼夜变化不大,经24小时后又恢复到原来水平。
The total number of bacteria in the overwintering pond was 1.2 × 10 ~ 6 ~ 28.5 × 10 ~ 6 / ml water, of which heterotrophic bacteria was 0.4 × 10 ~ 6 ~ 10.0 × 10 ~ 6 / ml water.The number of bacteria fluctuated with plankton, Fish ponds and aquatic suspended organic matter environmental factors. The number of bacteria in the surface water layer and the fluctuations in the day and night were higher than the bottom. The total number of bacteria changed little day and night, after 24 hours and returned to its original level.
