泉州市是著名侨乡,有500万人侨居世界九十多个国家和地区,有66万港澳同胞和800万祖籍泉州的台胞。对外开放后,外商投资企业发展迅速,已成为我市国民经济建设和出口创汇的一支重要力量,对外税收也从无到有,从少到多。外资企业的基本状况是: 一、规模小。全市653户外资企业投资总额仅15.25亿元,平均每户254万元,其中投资在一千万元以上的只有25户,占3.8％;100万元以下的374户,占57.2％。
Quanzhou is a famous hometown of overseas Chinese, with 5 million people living in more than 90 countries and regions in the world, 660,000 compatriots in Hong Kong and Macao and 8 million compatriots in Quanzhou. After the opening up to the outside world, the rapid development of foreign-invested enterprises has become an important force in the city’s national economic construction and export foreign exchange earning foreign taxes have increased from as few as possible. The basic situation of foreign-funded enterprises are: First, the small size. The city’s total investment of 653 foreign-funded enterprises only 1.525 billion yuan, an average of 2.54 million yuan per household, of which only 10 million yuan investment in more than 25, accounting for 3.8%; 1 million yuan 374, accounting for 57.2%.
