从开放外商投资企业外汇调剂市场以后,对于调剂外汇余缺、平衡企业外汇收支无疑有一定的好处,但是对随之而产生的另外一个问题也要引起我们注意。其突出表现为:创汇企业通过高价调出外汇贪吃人民币,需汇企业则减少产业利润。本文拟就这个问题,谈谈自己的观点,以供商讨。在郑州市已投产的外商投资企业中,目前主要存在以下三种形态:1、外汇收支平衡井略有节余的,占10％;2、外汇收支基本平衡
