With the rapid development and mutual penetration of Chinese and Western medicine, the joint application of Chinese and Western medicines is also becoming more and more common. In particular, the combination of proprietary Chinese medicines and western medicines in outpatients is even more common. The right combination of proprietary Chinese medicine and Western medicine can produce synergies, enhance efficacy, reduce side effects, beneficial treatment of the disease. However, with multiple diseases, Chinese medicine and Western medicine combined, if unreasonable compatibility, it will have side effects, and even lead to new diseases. As a two-level hospital in our hospital, the combination of out-patient proprietary Chinese medicines and western medicine is very common. Due to the complex composition of proprietary Chinese medicines, clinically there have been adverse reactions caused by the combination of proprietary Chinese medicines and chemical medicines. Therefore, if we are familiar with the incompatibility of proprietary Chinese medicines and western medicines, and reasonable combination, both sides learn from each other to make full use of each other to play their respective advantages, we can improve clinical efficacy. Therefore, from the third quarter of 2015 in our hospital outpatient prescription, the author randomly selected to find out the proprietary Chinese medicine and Western medicine combined prescription, analysis of its reasonable and unreasonable. Summarize our hospital representative of proprietary Chinese medicines and western medicine combined with drug incompatibility, with a view to attracting the attention of clinicians, a reasonable combination of proprietary Chinese medicine and western medicine, to ensure the safety of patients medication.
