自从声表面波(SAW)技术渗透入电子学领域以来,应用SAW器件产生讯号和处理讯号已成为电子学中的一个活跃分技。实践表明,非线性调频讯号能用非线性调频SAW色散延迟线产生。非线性调频SAW色散线也能够由双色散结构来实现。本文报道了对时带宽积为160,相对带宽为3%的冪级数调频SAW色散线的研究结果。提出了两种设计双色散结构(DD)的冪级数调频色散线(PFM-DL)的方法。给出了理论计算的和实验观察到的频谱、自相关脉冲、群延迟特性。一般说来,这些方法也适用于其他非线性调频色散线。要注意的是,只有频域和时域即叉指换能器的几何图形之间保持着福氏变换关系时才能运用这一方法。
Since the SAW penetration into the field of electronics, the use of SAW devices to generate signals and process signals has become an active sub-technology in electronics. Practice shows that nonlinear FM signals can be generated using nonlinear FM SAW dispersive delay lines. The nonlinear FM SAW dispersion line can also be realized by a two-chromatic dispersion structure. This paper reports the results of the study on chromatic dispersion SAW chromatic dispersion with power bandwidth of 160 and relative bandwidth of 3%. Two methods for designing power series chromatic dispersion (PFM-DL) with two-chromatic dispersion structure (DD) are proposed. The theoretically calculated and experimentally observed spectra, autocorrelation impulses, and group delay characteristics are given. In general, these methods also apply to other nonlinear FM dispersions. It is important to note that this method can only be used if the relationship between the geometry of the interdigital transducer in the frequency domain and the time domain remains the same.
