语音是英语语言教学的基础,也是英语学习的重中之重。教师必须从一开始就抓好学生的英语语音学习,一步一步地培养学生学习英语的兴趣,从而提高学生学习英语的能力,增强学生学习英语的自信心,使学生说一口流利的漂亮的地道的英语。中学阶段是学生对语音最敏感的时期,正是解决语音问题的好时机。语音教学的好坏与英语教学的成败息息相关。目前,在普遍重视听说读写言语实践能力培养的形势下,重视与加强并大胆创新入门阶段的语音教学势在必行。教师要持续不断地使自身的教学素养得到提高,同时积极主动地对教学进行研究,要创新性地使用教材,从而真正地使语音教学中费时低效的状况得到改变。
Speech is the basis of English language teaching, but also the most important part of English learning. Teachers must grasp students ’English phonetics learning from the very beginning and step by step to cultivate students’ interest in learning English so as to improve students ’ability to learn English, enhance students’ self-confidence in learning English and make students speak fluent and beautiful authentic English. Secondary school is the most sensitive period for students, which is a good time to solve the voice problem. The quality of phonetic teaching is closely related to the success or failure of English teaching. At present, it is imperative to pay attention to and strengthen and boldly initiate the phonetic teaching at the initial stage of innovation under the situation that universal emphasis is placed on the practical ability of listening, speaking, reading and writing. Teachers should continually improve their own teaching accomplishments, and at the same time, they should actively study teaching and use teaching materials creatively so as to change the time-consuming and inefficient situation in pronunciation teaching.
