目的探讨高频超声和彩色多普勒对甲状腺结节内钙化的诊断方法及应用价值。方法回顾分析近年来90例病例的声像图特征和彩色多普勒血流特点,所有病例均经手术或穿刺病检证实。结果高频超声可以清楚显示甲状腺肿块的形态,内部回声,尤其是探查甲状腺结节钙化的特异性为91.2%,而敏感性为43%,从而对甲状腺疾病的诊断提供可靠依据。结论音频超声观察甲状腺肿块的钙化状况具有很高的特异性,已成为甲状腺疾病,尤其是甲状腺癌诊断的重要指标。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value and application value of high frequency ultrasound and color Doppler in calcification of thyroid nodules. Methods Retrospective analysis of 90 cases in recent years, sonographic features and color Doppler flow characteristics, all cases were confirmed by surgery or puncture disease. Results High-frequency ultrasound can clearly show the morphology and internal echo of the thyroid gland. The specificity of thyroid nodule calcification is 91.2% and the sensitivity is 43%, which can provide a reliable basis for the diagnosis of thyroid disease. CONCLUSIONS: The ultrasonographic observation of the calcification status of thyroid masses has high specificity and has become an important index for the diagnosis of thyroid diseases, especially thyroid cancer.
