边防拘留所作为公安边防部队对非法入境、非法居留及非法就业的外国人拘留审查的执行机关,已逐渐成为边境地区社会文明进步的窗口。虽然当前实施了工作内容的调整,推进信息化建设,完善监管设施,提高技防水平,维护监管安全的压力减小,但是边防拘留所执法存在的问题依然存在,容不得麻痹大意。本文立足边防拘留所工作实际,就执法管理方面着力探讨了边防拘留所执法现状、面临的现实执法问题及对策建议三方面内容,充分有效地指导实际执法工作,严格规范执法程序,不断推进边防拘留所的执法规范化建设。
