以DMA/Cu(NO_3)_2为引发剂,研究了甲基丙烯酸甲酯与尼龙66的接枝共聚合反应。实验结果表明,Cu~(2+)离子浓度、DMA浓度、MMA浓度、反应温度、反应时间和反应介质等对该接枝共聚反应均有较大的影响。有一最佳的DMA和Cu~(2+)离子浓度,低于或高于该浓度,接枝率下降。接枝率随着MMA的浓度增加而上升,延长反应时间与提高反应温度接枝率上升。向该体系加入乙酸可提高接枝率,而加入甲酸则降低接枝率。异丙醇/水为最佳反应介质。探讨了该接枝共聚反应的反应机理。
Using DMA / Cu (NO_3) _2 as initiator, the graft copolymerization of methyl methacrylate and nylon 66 was studied. The experimental results showed that Cu 2+ concentration, DMA concentration, MMA concentration, reaction temperature, reaction time and reaction medium all had a great influence on the graft copolymerization. There is an optimal DMA and Cu 2+ ion concentration below and above which the grafting rate decreases. Grafting rate increases with the increase of MMA concentration, prolong the reaction time and increase the reaction temperature grafting rate. Adding acetic acid to the system increases the grafting rate, while adding formic acid decreases the grafting rate. Isopropanol / water is the best reaction medium. The reaction mechanism of the graft copolymerization was discussed.
