梁山小学坐落于梁平县城中心,始创于1952年,现有学生4473人,教职工175名,其中有获国务院特殊津贴专家称号1人,特级教师4人。60多年来,学校形成了醇厚的校风和学风。教师教得活,作业少;学生负担轻,学得乐。“活教乐学”的课堂特色文化赢得了老百姓良好的口碑。通过全面、系统、长远的思考、摸索、实验,梁山小学将课堂的文化延伸至整个学校文化建设中,提炼出“活的教育、乐的人生”的“活乐教育”理念,让每一个走进梁山小学校园的人都能有意无意地感受到“活·乐”文化的魅力。
