本文探讨高氟区骨龄延迟青少年血清hGH对L-dopa及Inderal双重刺激的反应。结果发现其高峰反应值较同地区及非高氟区骨龄正常青少年明显减低(p<0.01),提示高氟可能作为影响hGH的分泌释放因素。并结合实验原理初探其发生机理。
This article investigates the response of serum hGH in delayed serum of high-fluoride region to L-dopa and Inderal double stimulation. The results showed that the peak response was significantly lower than that in normal and non-high fluoride normal bone age group (p <0.01), indicating that high fluoride may be the secretion of hGH release factors. Combined with experimental principle to explore its mechanism.
