随机选取21例妇女进行全血5-羟色胺(5-HT)和血清催乳素(PRL)测定,5-HT测定采用以OPT激活的荧光分光光度法,PRL用放免法测定。发现全血5-HT与血清PRL水平呈显著正相关(r=0.05,P<0.05)。提示外周5-HT对PRL分泌可能有明显影响。
Twenty-one women were randomly selected for determination of 5-HT and PRL. 5-HT assay was performed by OPT-activated fluorescence spectrophotometry. PRL was determined by radioimmunoassay. We found a significant positive correlation between whole blood 5-HT and serum PRL levels (r = 0.05, P <0.05). Tip peripheral 5-HT on PRL secretion may have a significant effect.
