1961年建筑工程部颁发的“住宅设计技术经济评价原则和方法试行规定”是比较全面和切实可行的。经过两年来的实践证明,对住宅设计经济性评价问题,更有了进一步的体会。为了今后在住宅设计中作出更好、更经济的方案,持撰此文,以资探讨。 根据“住宅设计技术经济评价原则和方法试行规定”,住宅设计技术经济评价的主要指标为造价指标(平米建筑面积造价、平均每人、每户造价)和平面指标(平面系数K、K_1,结构面积系数,辅助面积系数等)。由于一般基建投资多以平米建筑面积造价作为计算单位,并常用平面系数来换算,因此,平米建筑面积造价和平面系数就习惯地成了通用的住宅设计技术经济评价的
