人的认知可靠性(HCR)模型是用来研究与时间有关的人机交互作用(HI)的,HI类型的划分是其重要基础.现采用的两种HI分类法(SRK分类法与CP分类法)分别依据主观或客观特征来对HI分类,有些现象难以解释,加之类型少,不能满足使用要求.作者提出的HI分类的综合法,与原有方法兼容,同时依据主观和客观特征来对HI分类,形成了两种方法都不具备的新的优越性,类型细化,精确度提高,类型划分更加便利.综合法已用于研究中国核电厂操纵员的可靠性,获得了满意的结果,也对该理论和方法进行了验证.
