糖尿病性视网膜病变为糖尿病的严重合并症,又是危害视力的主要疾病之一。目前对其发病机理尚未充分了解。本文对非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM)病人视网膜病变及其易患因素进行研究分析,以期为防治糖尿病性视网膜病变提供初步的临床及实验基础。
Diabetic retinopathy is a serious complication of diabetes, but also one of the major diseases that endanger vision. At present its pathogenesis is not fully understood. In this paper, non-insulin-dependent diabetic (NIDDM) patients with retinopathy and its risk factors for the study and analysis, in order to provide a preliminary clinical and experimental basis for the prevention and treatment of diabetic retinopathy.
