以水热法合成的碳球为模板,采用尿素水解法制备了氧化钙吸附剂,通过SEM对样品进行了表征分析,使用热重方法测定了吸附剂在600℃时的吸附容量及稳定性。探究了水热时间、改性条件和尿素水解温度对吸附性能的影响,结果表明,以水热6 h、不进行碱改性得到的碳球为模板,尿素水解温度为80℃时得到的吸附剂性能最优,初始吸附容量达到74%,稳定性良好,经历15个循环吸附容量仍能达到70%。
Hydrothermal synthesis of carbon spheres as a template, the use of urea hydrolysis prepared calcium oxide adsorbent, the sample was characterized by SEM analysis, the use of thermogravimetric method to determine the adsorption capacity and stability of the adsorbent at 600 ℃. The effects of hydrothermal time, modification conditions and urea hydrolysis temperature on the adsorption performance were investigated. The results showed that when the hydrothermal temperature was 80 ℃ for 6 h, the carbon sphere without alkali modification was used as the template and the urea hydrolysis temperature was 80 ℃. The best performance of the agent, the initial adsorption capacity of 74%, good stability, after 15 cycles of adsorption capacity can still reach 70%.
