为了解人工培育冬虫夏草营养液的免疫功能,以该液喂饲小鼠,选择特异性体液和细胞免疫功能指标进行研究。小鼠饮用冬虫夏草营养液20 d 后,中、低剂量组小鼠脾抗体形成细胞( Ig M P F C) 有明显增强,血清抗体滴度和外周血 T 淋巴细胞亦显著增高。各剂量组迟发型变态反应( D T H) 与对照组相比未见明显变化。表明人工培育冬虫夏草营养液对小鼠的体液免疫功能有显著增强作用,同时可明显提高外周血 T 淋巴细胞。
In order to understand the immune function of artificially cultivated Cordyceps nutrient solution, the mice were fed with the solution and specific humoral and cellular immune function indicators were selected for study. After mice were treated with Cordyceps sinensis for 20 days, the mouse spleen antibody-forming cells (Ig M P F C) were significantly increased in the medium and low dose groups, and serum antibody titer and T lymphocytes in peripheral blood were also significantly increased. There was no significant change in the delayed-type hypersensitivity (D T H) of each dose group compared with the control group. It was shown that the artificially cultivated Cordyceps sinensis nutrient solution significantly enhanced the humoral immune function of mice and significantly increased peripheral blood T lymphocytes.
