从人才稀缺到建起旅、营、连三级报道员网络,从发稿数量寥寥无几到每年都有上百篇稿件在各类媒体发表,从没人愿意从事新闻报道这个“苦差事”到报道骨干荣立三等功……近年来,火箭军某旅新闻报道工作坚持讲好官兵故事,传递强军声音,新闻工作对部队建设的“贡献率”不断提升。成绩的取得既得益于旅党委对新闻报道工作的全力支持,也与该旅政委阴红文强力推动新闻工作密不可分。
