中小企业在我国的国民经济中占有重要的地位和作用,但其人才状况却不容乐观。要解决这一问题,就必须大力发展高等职业教育。本文围绕如何做好高等职业教育改革,促进中小企业的发展作了论述。
Small and medium-sized enterprises occupy an important position and role in the national economy of our country, but their manpower status is not optimistic. To solve this problem, we must vigorously develop higher vocational education. This article focuses on how to do higher vocational education reform and promote the development of SMEs.
