本文把浮顶油罐罐体与基础作为两个相互接触的存在摩擦的弹性体。根据弹性接触理论,用有限元混合法对罐体和基础的应力和变形以及罐体与基础的接触压力分布情况进行了计算,得到了壁板、底板、基础和水泥环墙的应力分布曲线以及底板与基础之间的接触压力分布曲线,与以前的电测实验结果比较符合。本文采用的方法适用于各种油罐基础的应力分析,为今后设计大型油罐提供了一个方便而有效的计算方法。
In this paper, the floating roof tank and the foundation as the two exist in contact with the friction of the elastomer. According to the theory of elastic contact, the stress and deformation of tank and foundation and the contact pressure distribution between tank and foundation were calculated by finite element method. The stress distribution curve of wall, floor, foundation and cement ring wall were obtained. The contact pressure distribution curve between the bottom plate and the foundation is in good agreement with the previous electrical test results. The method used in this paper is suitable for the stress analysis of various oil tank foundations and provides a convenient and effective calculation method for the design of large oil tanks in the future.
