本文提出了C6136N车床的数控化改造方案，给出了相应的设计计算过程，并着重介绍其进络系统的改装和主轴编码器的安装方法。
In this paper, the numerical control transformation scheme of C6136N lathe is put forward, and the corresponding design and calculation process is given. The modification of its inlet system and the installation method of the spindle encoder are also introduced.
