4月25日至26日,全省水土保持工作会议在广州召开。水利部水土保持司司长刘震出席会议并致辞。水利厅党组书记、厅长黄柏青出席会议并讲话,党组成员、巡视员朱兆华主持会议。黄柏青充分肯定了我省水土保持取得的新成效。他指出,“十一五”时期,在省委、省政府的正确领导下和水利部的指导支持下,在全省各级水土保持部门的共同努力下,我省水土保持工作取得了显著成效,水土保持工作机构不断健全、水土保持监督管理力度不断增强、水土流失治理工作创新开展、水土保持基础工作进一步加强、水土保持科技信息化水平不断提高。
