本文通过论述在小学体育教学中渗透心理健康教育的重要意义与地位,笔者对心理健康教育渗透到体育教学的探索与尝试,目的在于培养学生养成良好的心理意志品质、塑造小学生健全人格以及健康身心为宗旨。
