本文在调研的基础上分析众多中小贸易型企业在薪酬激励过程中主要存在的问题,并从薪酬激励制度、薪酬激励模式、薪酬结构、绩效考评体系等方面提出相应的应对措施。
Based on the research, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the process of remuneration incentives for many small and medium-sized trading enterprises and puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of remuneration incentive system, remuneration incentive model, remuneration structure and performance appraisal system.
