通过为期三个月的深入学习调研,我们进一步强化了对“四个全面”战略布局的理解,深化了对领导干部从严从实落实主体责任,发挥“关键少数”作用,当好法治建设和从严治党示范者、引领者的认识,切实增强了按照“四个全面”战略布局谋划西青区的发展,按照黄兴国代理书记对西青区提出的“树立高标准、探索新举措、迈上新台阶”工作要求推动西青区的工作,努力开创转型发展、富民强区新局面的自觉性和坚定性。
Through the three-month in-depth study and research, we further strengthened our understanding of the “four comprehensive” strategic layout and deepened our understanding that leading cadres should strictly fulfill their main responsibilities and play a “key minority” role.
