改弯腰曲背手工插秧为机械抛秧，生产效率提高20倍，稻谷增产8％～10％，每666．7m2增收100元，综合效益十分显著。经试验示范，探明机械抛秧的配套高产技术为：培育矮壮下串根的盘秧；整地平烂净，湿润抛栽；梭形路线作业，合理调控抛秧量；湿润生苗、浅水分蘖、发足80％穗数苗烤田；适当减少分蘖肥，增施穗粒肥。
