我生于1922年1月,今年年至9旬,1941年参加革命,1946年入党,上世纪80年代初从地区生活资料公司离休。在工作中积劳成疾,年轻时未介意,年至半百,痔疮、气管炎、颈椎病和关节炎一起袭来,打针吃药收效甚微。从此,我对这些病就认真对待起来,我从曹操的《神龟寿》“盈缩之期不但在天,养怡之福可得永年”的诗中得到启示,这说明健康靠自已,
