近年来,社会上少数不法分子,打着各种旗号,通过各种手段,利用广大中小学教师对合法期刊与不合法期刊缺乏辨别力而又希望早日发表文章的迫切心理,或编造一种杂志,或盗用某一正规杂志等名义,进行诈骗,且屡屡得逞。我们已经发现,而且公安机关也已破获了《基础教育》杂志被某地不法人员侵权的事实。作为同属受害方的杂志社,不法分子的行为给我刊的正常工作和声誉都造成了严重影响。本编辑部在此郑重声明:
