目的观察富血小板血浆复合物对牙槽骨局部缺损的修复影响方法抽取兔的静脉血进行富血小板血浆的制备;将体外培养扩增的兔BMSCs(bone marrow stromal cells)成骨诱导后的细胞滴加到bio-oss载体;制备兔牙槽骨缺损的动物模型,制备的富血小板血浆与bio-oss-细胞混合,植入骨缺损区,以单纯bio-oss植入作对照。术后2、4周和8周取材,通过组织学观察,评价成骨情况。结果组织学观察显示:术后4周和8周,富血小板血浆复合物修复区有大量的软骨及骨形成,以软骨内成骨的方式成骨;对照组组骨缺损区未见软骨或骨形成。结论用PRP复合物构建方法简便,并具有良好异位成骨能力,可用于牙槽局部缺损治疗。
Objective To observe the effect of platelet-rich plasma composite on the repair of alveolar bone defects.Methods Rabbit venous blood was extracted for the production of platelet-rich plasma. The cell droplets after osteogenic induction of bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs) Was added to the bio-oss carrier; animal model of rabbit alveolar bone defect was prepared, and the prepared platelet-rich plasma was mixed with bio-oss- cells and implanted into the bone defect area. The simple bio-oss implantation was used as a control. At 2, 4 weeks and 8 weeks after operation, the histopathology was used to evaluate the osteogenesis. Results Histological observation showed that there were a large number of cartilage and bone formation in the platelet-rich plasma complex repair area at 4 weeks and 8 weeks after operation, and osteogenesis in the manner of endochondral ossification. No cartilage or bone was found in the control group form. Conclusions The method of constructing PRP complex is simple and has good ability of ectopic osteogenesis. It can be used in the treatment of alveolar local defect.
