建立了血、尿中砷含量的电感耦合等离子体发射光谱检测法。考查了HNO3--H2SO4消化 破坏有机质的方法,在193.695nm波长下用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱分别进行测定,根据 工作曲线进行定量。结果回收率分别为:101.1%和100.3%,线性范围均为:0.05-0.6μg/ mL。该法操作简单,结果可靠,适合砷中毒血、尿含量检测,可作为司法鉴定常规检验 方法。
Established the blood, urine arsenic content by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry. The method of digestion and destruction of organic matter by HNO3 - H2SO4 was investigated. Inductively coupled plasma emission spectra were measured at 193.695 nm wavelength and quantified according to the working curve. The recovery rates were 101.1% and 100.3%, respectively. The linear range was 0.05-0.6μg / mL. The method is simple and reliable, suitable for the detection of arsenic poisoning blood and urine, which can be used as a routine test method for forensic identification.
