大学生党员的党性直接关系到高校党组织的纯洁性、战斗力、号召力。大学生党员的党性教育则是大学生党性形成的主要途径,大学生党员党性教育有效性也是高校党建工作和思想政治教育工作的关注点。从精神需要角度研究大学生党员党性教育有效性,有助于摸索出适合当代大学生精神需要的党性教育方式,进而切实提升大学生党员党性教育的效果。
The party spirit of college student party members is directly related to the purity, fighting power and appeal of the party organizations in colleges and universities. Party members’ education of party members is the main way to form the party spirit of college students. The effectiveness of sex education of party members in college students is also the focus of party building and ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Studying the effectiveness of sexual education of party members in college students from the perspective of spiritual needs helps to find out the party-based education that suits the needs of the contemporary college students and thus enhances the effectiveness of party education of party members in college students.
