针对焊接新技术、新工艺研发,焊接质量过程分析的需要,研发智能化焊接装备及工艺评价系统。系统主要由焊接电流电压高速采集和分析系统、焊接过程高速摄像系统、机器人试验台架等部分组成。系统能够完成焊接电弧的高速摄像、电流电压信号的高速精确同步采集和分析,是开展新型焊接技术、焊接过程质量控制研究、焊接设备分析评价和焊接材料工艺性试验等相关研究及评价工作的基础装备。
