Objective: To investigate the expression of cell adhesion molecule CD62P in the cancer tissue and plasma of patients with colorectal cancer and its clinical significance. Methods: The expressions of CD62P in colorectal mucosa of 58 patients with colorectal cancer or adenoma and 10 normal controls were detected by immunohistochemical LSAB method. The expression of CD62P was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) Cases of patients with plasma CD62P levels. Results: The expression of CD62P in colorectal cancer was significantly increased, which was significantly correlated with Dukes staging and tumor metastasis. The level of CD62P in patients with CD62P positive was significantly higher than that in patients with CD62P negative. Conclusion: CD62P is closely related to the metastasis of colorectal cancer, which is expected to be a good predictor of colorectal cancer metastasis and prognosis.
