慢性萎缩性胃炎、肠上皮化生等被认为是一种癌前状态。流行病学研究结果显示幽门螺杆菌(Ｈｐ)感染在慢性萎缩性胃炎、肠上皮化生以及不典型增生的发生发展中起一定作用。维生素也与其发病有密切关系。我们用抗菌三联疗法加叶酸治疗感染Ｈｐ的慢性萎缩性胃炎,取得较好疗效。1
Chronic atrophic gastritis, intestinal metaplasia, etc. is considered a precancerous condition. Epidemiological studies have shown that Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection plays a role in the development of chronic atrophic gastritis, intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia. Vitamins and their pathogenesis are closely related. We use antibacterial triple therapy plus folic acid treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis infected with Hp, and achieved good results. 1
