异种钢焊接接头运行一段时间后,存在失效的问题。通过对12Cr2MoWVB(钢102)与TP347H不锈钢异种钢焊接接头的钢102与焊缝交界的熔合线和过热区组织的分析,并对该区域的碳化物经过不同时效时间之后聚集长大的情况的研究表明:现场运行中在应力及温度的作用下,最终将造成该区域晶界或晶内碳化物不断析出和长大,连接起来可能形成微孔引起失效。
