轴承零件的硬度是产品内在质量的主要指标之一。在成批生产过程中由于热处理工艺的不稳定性和金属材料性能的不一致性,因而对轴承零件的硬度不能保证百分之百的合格,必须对每批或每炉轴承零件的硬度进行抽检,但这种检查方法有一定缺点,如:1.不能保证全部零件具有相同质量;2.抽检的零件有些要被加工或破坏,不能再使用,这就造成一定数量的浪费;
Bearing parts hardness is one of the main indicators of the quality of the product. Due to the instability of the heat treatment process and inconsistencies in the properties of the metallic materials during mass production, the hardness of the bearing components can not be guaranteed 100%. The hardness of the bearing components of each batch or furnace must be sampled. However, Inspection methods have some shortcomings, such as: 1. Can not guarantee that all parts have the same quality; 2. Some parts of the sampling to be processed or destroyed, can not be used, which resulted in a certain amount of waste;
