提出了数值法求解伯努利方程的算法,利用该方法能够分析整个低压铸造升液过程中升液管内的速度分布和压力分布,实现对低压铸造升液过程的仿真。从而解决了实际生产条件下,无法用解析法求解伯努利方程的难题。为优化低压铸造加压工艺,提高铸件质量提供了科学的手段。
A numerical method to solve the Bernoulli equation is proposed. By using this method, the velocity distribution and pressure distribution in the riser can be analyzed through the whole process of low-pressure casting, and the simulation of the rising process of low pressure casting can be realized. Thus solving the difficult problem of solving the Bernoulli equation by analytical method under the actual production conditions. In order to optimize low-pressure casting pressure process, improve the quality of castings provides a scientific tool.
