高新技术是指处于当代科学技术前沿的、具有知识密集型特点的新兴技术.国家科委划定的高新技术,目前主要包括下列项目:(1)微电子科学和电子信息技术;(2)光电子科学和电子信息技术;(3)空间科学和航空航天技术;(4)生命科学和生物工程技术;(5)材料科学和新材料技术;(6)生态科学和环境保护技术;(8)地球科学和海洋工程技术;(9)基本物质科学和辐射技术;(10)医学科学和生物医学工程.
