YKZ-4B型牙科综合治疗机是一种新型的口腔科综合治疗设备。配有高速车头,低速直弯车头等,车头系统采用气动控制,功能较多,在各级医院中广泛应用。我院两台YKZ-4B型牙科综合治疗机使用一年后,经常发生气路、水路阻塞和漏气、漏水故障。经检修分析,发现这类故障大多数发生在气控气阀和气控开关上,如气控阀内的橡胶板老化失去弹性,油污粘结使其不通畅,气控水阀内的弹簧生锈失去弹性致使阀不通畅等。
