由长春试验机研究所承担的“七五”国家重点科技攻关项目《高稳定性高精度应变式负荷传爱器》课题(75-53-03-01/04)近日在长春通过技术鉴定。本课题在应变式负荷传意器的设计、材料造研、制造工艺和可靠性设计等方面从理论到实践均进行了深入的研究。有限元优化设计、弹性体材料的热处理、组织性能及其常温蠕变规律的研究为研制工作打下了良好的基础。研制成功的9种规格的传感器,其直线性、滞后、重复性、蠕变均达到了预定的0.02%FS指标。该指标已达到当前国际同类产品的先进水平。尤其应当肯定的是:本
Changchun Institute of Testing Machine commitment by the “Seventh Five-Year” national key scientific and technological project “high-stability high-precision strain type load transfer device” topic (75-53-03-01 / 04) recently passed the technical appraisal in Changchun. This topic has carried on the thorough research from the theory to the practice in the design of the strain-type load transmitter, material research, manufacturing technology and reliability design. Finite element optimization design, heat treatment of elastomeric materials, microstructure and creep regularity at room temperature for the development of research laid a good foundation. Developed 9 kinds of specifications of the sensor, its linearity, hysteresis, repeatability, creep reached the predetermined 0.02% FS indicators.
