面对网络销售的冲击,国外玩具零售商们并没有对实体店零售灰心。相反,他们将线上线下资源整合起来,大力发展全渠道零售模式,给消费者提供更加便捷的购物体验。这种也被称为020(Online To Offline)模式正悄然兴起。根据英国互动媒体零售集团(Interactive Media in Retail Group)的数据显示,截至2011年,全球B2C电子商务销售额达到9610亿美元,而这一数字到2013年,预计将超过1.25万亿美元。其中,美国在2011年的网上销售额就达到了2000亿美元。由此可见,网络销售已经成为不容忽视的一大流通渠道。
