装配式铝制内浮顶是新型结构,具有施工安全、方便、安装速度快及抗腐蚀性能好等特点。为确定该内浮顶罐的降低油品蒸发损失效率,采用量气法测定其大呼吸时的蒸发损失量,而小呼吸的损失则按炼油厂的实践积累的经验数据进行计算。测试结果表明,与同容量的拱顶油罐对比降耗率为96.3%。上海炼油厂的5000m~3汽油罐的实践数据,一年可减少蒸发损失为187.88t,折合人民币12.4万元。作者认为:该浮顶罐除具有重大的节能经济效益外,并可减少环境污染及提高操作安全性等社会效益;作为一项新型节能产品应得到大力推广使用。
Assembled aluminum floating roof is a new structure, with construction safety, convenience, fast installation and corrosion resistance, and other characteristics.
