北京的科技咨询业急需大力发展咨询业的兴起是我国改革开放的产物。80年代初,随着改革开放外商投资进入中国市场,迫切需要资产评估、律师、会计事务服务等咨询中介服务。1981年,中国国际经济咨询公司诞生后,中国国际贸易咨询公司、中国工程咨询公司、中国企业管理咨询公司等一些全国性重量级的大公司也成立了。北京市也组建了企业管理咨询中心,与联合国开发计划署合作选派了20名咨询师去法国学习管理咨询。全市培训了第一批60多名咨询顾问,对北京市36个企业进行咨询诊断,还应云南、四川、宁夏等省市的邀请,去外省市进行咨询,曾经在全国起到很好的影响,受到国家经委的表彰。
The Sci-Tech Consulting Industry in Beijing Urgently needs to Develop Vigorously The rise of the consulting industry is a product of China’s reform and opening up. In the early 1980s, as foreign investment into the Chinese market during the reform and opening up, there was an urgent need to consult intermediary services such as asset appraisals, lawyers and accounting services. In 1981, after the birth of China International Economic Consulting Corporation, some of China’s major heavyweights, such as China International Trade Consulting Co., Ltd., China Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. and China Enterprise Management Consulting Company, were also established. Beijing also set up a business management consulting center and, in cooperation with the United Nations Development Program, dispatched 20 consultants to France to study management consulting. The city trained the first batch of more than 60 consultants to conduct consultation and diagnosis on 36 enterprises in Beijing. At the invitation of Yunnan, Sichuan, Ningxia and other provinces and municipalities, the city consulted other provinces and cities and once played a very good role throughout the country Influence, by the State Economic Commission’s commendation.
