叉头框C-2(FoxC-2)蛋白为Fox转录因子家族成员之一,参与多个基因通路的信号传导,与中轴骨骼系统、心血管系统、淋巴系统的发育密切相关。本文就foxC-2基因及其蛋白质的结构与生理功能、foxC-2基因与中轴骨骼发育的相关性等研究进展作一综述。
Forkhead C-2 (FoxC-2) is a member of the Fox family of transcription factors that is involved in the signaling of multiple gene pathways and is closely related to the development of the central skeletal, cardiovascular and lymphatic system. This review summarizes the research progress of the relationship between the structure and function of foxC-2 gene and its protein, the relationship between foxC-2 gene and the development of axial skeleton.
